To protect our venue, our staff, and your guests, all events at Bronxlandia require proof of event insurance. Here's what you need to know before booking.

REQUIREMENTS

General Liability Insurance

All event organizers are required to carry general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Certificate of Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Bronxlandia as an additional insured must be provided at least 48 hours before your event.

Liquor Liability

Events where alcohol is served may require additional liquor liability coverage. Please confirm requirements when booking.
